Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual user on the 388win platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or match deposit bonuses credited to an Account pursuant to a 388win promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required under our international licensing obligations before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Platform" means the 388win website, mobile site, and all associated services available at 388win.bio.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the default transactional currency used on the 388win platform for all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistan.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a player using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on any product available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

References to "388win" in these Terms shall be construed as references to the licensed operating entity responsible for the platform. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 388win platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 388win platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use the 388win platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 388win does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from the 388win platform or any gaming platform under a voluntary self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 388win or any of its associated entities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 388win platform. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated Balances.

Account Verification (KYC)

388win is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and periodically during the life of an Account. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account name, or bank account confirmation).

388win reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality and to place an Account under review at any time pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. All documents submitted are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

388win supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players, with all transactions processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered mobile wallet accounts.
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered Telenor-linked accounts.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 388win Account in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider. 388win does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or to a payment method in your own verified name. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are typically within five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to our internal compliance review procedures.

Bonuses and Promotions

388win offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and PSL cricket specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus is linked to sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds as stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated period. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your Account.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: 388win reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional structures, or breach of these Terms. Decisions made in this regard are final.

Betting Rules and Sportsbook

The 388win sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events, including cricket (PSL, international Test matches, ODI, and T20 series), football (Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, and more), UFC, and other major international sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to 388win's discretion. 388win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets accepted on the Platform are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance.
• In-play bets are subject to live odds and may be suspended at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settled bets will follow the 388win sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting slip at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), 388win reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of settlement status. Affected players will be notified by email.

• All casino games are operated by independent, licensed software providers. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and Random Number Generator (RNG) certifications are maintained by the relevant provider and are available on request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false or another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets ("advantage play abuse").
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format.
• Charging back a deposit after wagering funds, or using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 388win staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 388win platform, including but not limited to the 388win name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 388win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 388win platform without prior written consent from 388win.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

388win does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or defect. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. 388win will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

388win's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any and all claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

388win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at 388win include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

388win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 388win will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the 388win platform at 388win.bio/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects when the current version was last updated. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must notify 388win and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
